Letter recognition is an important early reading skill. ABC Shout Out makes it easy and fun to learn. Each card has one, and only one match, to every other card. Shout Out the name of the letter as you find a match. Or take it up a level and make the sound instead. To challenge your child even more, say a word that starts with the letter. Find the most matches first to win. So many ways to play and learn. Solo, small group and class play ideas included. Great for preschool and kindergarten reading centers.

Game Assembly

Making the game is simple -- print, cut and play.

1. Print out front of cards (6 pages) Print in color or black and white. I like to use cardstock to increase durability. If they will be used frequently, then I also like to laminate.
2. Print desired backing
3. Cut: use 3” circle punch for circles. Use scissors or paper cutter for square shape.
4. Play!
